SOTA Toys Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Shipping
- Unless otherwise indicated, SOTA Toys will ship all product(s) via UPS or FedEx Ground. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Unless pre-approved by SOTA Toys, customer is responsible for any / all charges incurred for any shipment that is refused by customer for any reason.
- For over-sea's customers, SOTA Toys will ship as indicated on P.O.'s.
Payment Terms
- Unless otherwise indicated, your account will be set-up pre-pay by. Company Check or credit card.
- Net terms may be offered to customer after 3 months of initial shipment to customer.
- SOTA Toys reserves the right not to issue Net Terms, and reserves the right to modify Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
- It is understood and agreed that each customer returned check is subject to a service charge. The amount of this service charge is equivalent to the maximum charge allowable in your state.
- For over-sea's customers, all orders will need to be pre-paid before we ship.
Returns / Shortages / Damages.
All orders are sold on a non-returnable basis. All orders are subject to product availability.
- All defective returns MUST have a pre-approved RMA number. Customer must call SOTA Toys in order to get this RMA number.
- Any shipments received by SOTA Toys without a pre-approved RMA number will be charged a $20 re-stocking fee.
Past Due Invoices.
- A late fee, not to exceed $20 per month, may be assessed to your account. Additionally, third party collection / attorney expenses may be assessed at a rate not to exceed 100% of the unpaid balance or the maximum allowable by law.
SOTA Toys reserves the right not to offer for sale, any product(s), to any accounts that are not in good standing as deemed solely by SOTA Toys.
By applying for an account with SOTA Toys, it is understood and agreed that applicant has read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions as listed above.
