STEP 1

Fax a copy of your resale certificate to "SOTA Account Manager" at 818-785-7302. Please make sure to include on all fax and e-mail correspondences your or your company's legal name, fax, phone and address so we can easily contact you.

STEP 2

After you have faxed your documents to us, please fill in the form below as completely as possible. Our account manager or a SOTA Toys Sales Representative will contact you to discuss our Retailer Approval Process. New accounts are subject to approval by SOTA Toys.
